My linguistic specialty is Phonology and Morphology, so this chapter is going to be based on my own research. My namelists and reconstructed wordlists are based in it. The reason that I didn't include a "how to make names" lesson in Part I is that in order to make names in a Tolkien-esque manner, you have to look at name making the same linguistic way that he did.

In this chapter, we're going to cover the sounds that Sindarin is made of, and the way that these sounds are put together to make words.
